Booster 11-1
Booster 11-1 is built on a 1999 Ford F550 Super Duty Chassis with four-wheel drive.   It carries just under 500 gallons of water and 10 gallons of class A foam.  The booster incorporates a Hale Foam-Pro injection system into its discharges which is capable of delivering concentrations of 0.1% - 1.0%.  The front bumper is outfitted with a 95 gpm Akron Nozzle mounted on a remote controlled turret.  Controls located in the cab allow the operator to position, shape, and control the flow on this discharge without leaving the cab.  Winches are located on both the front and rear bumpers to facilitate any unforeseen problems while off-road and have a capacity of 12,000 pounds.
